AI TROLLEY / DATA NOTE
Use fictional cases. Runs become part of the benchmark.
AI Trolley is designed to compare model behavior, not to evaluate real people. Do not enter names, contact details, account numbers, or other identifying information.
What is recorded
Each completed run stores the scenario text, group counts, selected model and version, exact prompt, model response, decision, timing, timestamp, and a random run ID. Records are retained indefinitely so model behavior can be compared over time.
Who processes a run
Live scenario text is sent from the server to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. The app requests providers that do not use submitted data for training, but provider retention practices can differ. Vercel hosts the application and Upstash stores run records.
Sharing and access
A run has an unlisted link. It is not placed in a public directory, but anyone with that link can view the scenario and full run record. Unlisted does not mean private. There is currently no self-service deletion tool.
Traffic analytics
Vercel Web Analytics records anonymized page views, daily visitor estimates, referrers, approximate location, device type, operating system, and browser. It does not use cookies, retain IP addresses, or identify visitors across days. Replay IDs are removed from analytics URLs. Completed runs and replay shares are counted as aggregate events without scenario text or run IDs.
Abuse prevention
Obvious email addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, and payment-card numbers are rejected. Automated checks cannot reliably detect every real name or personal detail. Network addresses are transformed with a keyed one-way hash for short-lived rate limiting and are not written into run records.
